Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated IT consultant with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), who is also working on and developing our digital platforms. In this position, you are responsible for the functional requirements analysis in the context of Adobe AEM and EDS and accompany our internal customers from the idea to the successful implementation.
They record and document requirements in detail, including acceptance criteria, and advise the departments on the optimal use of AEM, in particular with regard to digital content, user management and integration into existing system landscapes.

An essential part of your task is the close cooperation with external service providers who support us in the context of ongoing projects. In particular, you will accompany colleagues on the partner side, who are responsible for the consulting share. They ensure that the technical orientation and quality of the advice is in line with our internal requirements and thus contribute to a targeted and effective cooperation.
In addition, you will regularly coordinate with the Solution Architecture, IT Security, Owner platform and Vendor management. They manage (partial) projects or workstreams, configure AEMs components on the relevant architectural levels and are responsible for customer acceptance and maintenance of the operating manual. Ensuring the technical operation of the application - including monitoring and continuous process improvement - completes your task profile.
