Job description:
To strengthen our team, our customer is looking for an experienced IT consultant with a focus on Salesforce Sales and Service. In this role, the consultant takes on a central role in the analysis, design and implementation of requirements within the customer's Salesforce-based business applications.

The tasks include the analysis of functional requirements from the subject areas as well as the structured documentation, including clearly defined acceptance criteria. The consultant advises the internal customers on the optimal use of Salesforce Sales and Service, providing both technical and process understanding.
An essential part of the task is the close cooperation with external service providers, who support customers in the context of ongoing projects. In particular, the consultant accompanies colleagues on the partner side, who are responsible for the consulting share. He or she shall ensure that the technical orientation and quality of the advice is in line with the internal requirements of the customer and thus contribute to a targeted and effective cooperation.
In addition, there is close cooperation with the Solution Architecture, IT Security, the platform manager and the Vendor management. Partly the consultant takes responsibility for the management of workstreams and configured Salesforce components within the framework of projects at the architectural levels 2 and 3.
