Overall mission description We are now looking for 2 datascientists to the Digitalization Unit of IVO (Inspection for Care and Care). General description:** The work is conducted according to the agile method SCRUM and is led by IVO. Work is carried out in (3 weeks) sprints. The team members will jointly be responsible for the development and management of systems and applications. The responsibility is to participate in the team’s service weeks. Hired consultants use IVO equipment in the form of clients and mobiles Agile understanding: To fit in this role, you have experience of working in agile teams and understand what agile working methods mean. You have a good understanding of how Scrum works. The team includes members from IVO and consultants. Evaluation can take place either during interview or work exams through, for example, couple programming. IVO will attach great importance to the personal characteristics of the consultants, in addition to technical knowledge. Teamwork will take place both online/digital with demands for great participation and on-site in Stockholm. We assume that as a consultant you have a good habit of digital meetings and have the opportunity to physically attend. ** Excerpt description **Development of analytics tools is part of the responsibility of the digitalisation unit. The responsible team develops and manages permanent, scalable analysis models and tools. The work aims to strengthen the Agency’s basis for risk-based priorities and data-driven supervision as well as authorisation review. The role includes contributing to a more efficient data supply and extracting the value of the many data sources within healthcare and care. The work is conducted agilely in 3-week prints. The team members will jointly be responsible for the development and management of systems and applications. The team sometimes works based on loosely formulated problems with scarce information. • Scale requirements University degree in quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, economics, data science or equivalent) Experience in programming and scripting languages such as R or Python, as well as an understanding of work with unstructured data At least three years current and relevant work experience for the service Good methodology in advanced quantitative analysis (e.g. NLP, machine learning) Use to independently collect, manage and process large amounts of data and to combine data from different sources Experience in databases and good knowledge in SQL Very good ability to pedagogically explain analyses and complex connections in an easily understandable way in speech and writing. Attendance on site 2-3 days a week at IVO’s office in Stockholm Evaluation of the personal characteristics will take place at any interview • Shoulder requirements Linux, Docker, and version-shanting code, such as git Analysis Projects in Health and medical care and/or care Visualization tools (such as Shiny, Dash or PowerBI) Advanced language models (e.g. BERT) Experience in development work at IVO or other authority Other requirements Attach CV to SVENSKA in Wordformat under the Document tab.
