Overall mission description
We are now looking for 2 Infrastructure Architects in Datacenter and Infrastructure to the Pensions Authority.
The mission includes:
The Pension Authority is looking for two experienced solution architects/Infrastructure architects to the data center where there are currently several major initiatives.
You will have a central role in putting the way forward and in the role you will contribute to ongoing and upcoming initiatives in the field focusing on automation, virtualization, networking and cubernetes.
You will work to develop solution architecture and lead specialists in the field to develop analyses and architecture descriptions that support the overall strategic goals of the Pension Authority.
The assignment includes:
* Mapping solution options and proposing architectural solutions that are future-proof and comply with the overall strategic target image of the Pension Authority
Identify the necessary architectural movements
Visualize and explain solutions, and demonstrate the purpose/benefit of new solutions and potential barriers/risks
* Contribute to SAD (Solution Architecture Design) and HLD (High Level Design)
Follow technical guidelines and ensure that deliveries follow the architecture plan
Work with architectural documentation and modeling
* Helping to develop estimates for cost, time and risk
Disseminate knowledge through documentation, by organizing demos, and other types of educational materials
In order to carry out a relevant analysis and work out the basis for procurement, technical understanding of large-scale IT operations is valuable.
• Scale requirements
At least 3 years of experience working as a solution architect in a larger organization and transfer of data centers focusing on On-prem
At least 5 years of experience as a technology specialist, Tech Lead, Team-Lead or equivalent leading role in data center infrastructure
Experience of work or assignments within government authority
Experience in architecture work with CNF (Cloud Native Foundation) cubernetes and automation/orchestration
Experience in VMware’s product portfolio
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both oral and written
The contract from KeyMan must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed in (no other permitted by PM)
• Shoulder requirements
Experience in working with support tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jira and Confluence
Experience with agile development methodology, preferably SAFE and Kanban/Scrum
Experience in leading workshops and work meetings
Certifying Architecture Education

The assignment requires the consultant to be a Swedish citizen
Register control level 2 (SUA) of the consultant will be conducted. See info in attached documents
Complies with the consulting company with all points in Chapter 13. LOU according to the excerpt from LOU 2016:1145?
Offered hourly rate shall include all costs, such as travel
- and travel time and other costs related to the consultant's stay in Stockholm or Luleå.
The supplier certifies that the consultant
- and liability insurance covers this type of assignment under industry standards

Option for extension at the end of December 31, 2027.
For the right consultant to the assignment, the start date may be displaced.
The contract shall, without exception, and regardless of the structure of the company, be subscribed between KeyMan AB and the company where the consultant performing/offered/delivered to the assignment has his or her employment. This is a requirement from the Pensions Authority due to the register control (SUA).

In Annex I, ‘General Conditions Consulting Agreement KeyMan AB Rev. D, 2022-01-25’, the point ‘Customer Processing’ is deleted. This does not apply to this mission.
