_ To our customer Inera Test and Development we are looking for 2nd Software Developer Level 4:_ **Condition** Inera Test and development is responsible for application management and further development of SITHS eID Portal, to issue and administer the service identification SITHS eID. **Description** The customer needs two software developers with experience building systems that meet high performance, security and availability requirements. The assignment includes: participate in analyses of requirements, architecture and technical solutions. develop quality software that meets the requirements. Monitor technology development in the field. - participate in troubleshooting and wrongdoing. contribute to the team in building and disseminating skills. People should have the will and ability to quickly find new important information and understand the context, and want to take great responsibility for the work. Competence level 4 🙂 _Knowledge_ – High generalist competence, or very high competence in the field _Experience_ – has participated in large assignments in the current area and completed high quality assignments. The level is normally reached early after 9-12 years as a consultant in the current area. I have been on Level 3 for at least 2 years. _Leading_ – takes responsibility for the management of larger groups Durability – very big **Ska-requirements** – ** Offered consultant shall comply with the following requirements:** 1. Experience in agile software development. 2. Experience in SOA-related technologies, such as SOAP/REST. 3. Experience in backend development solutions that meet high performance, security and availability requirements 4. Experience in Development with Java and Spring Boot 5. Experience with CI/CD using tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins. 6. Experience in container technologies such as Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes 7. Experience in developing applications with database connections to MariaDB/MySQL and MongoDB 8. Experience in eligibility models and protocols/frames for authentication and authorization. 9. Good understanding of the integration and management of databases, API development and microservice architecture. 10. Good customership in Swedish, both speech and writing **Performance requirements** – ** Offered consultant should meet the following requirements:** 1. Experience in managing digital certificates and PKI/CA OBS! Nordic Medtest will require reference assignments if it is invoked with respect to the nature and needs of the drop. **Start date**: 2025-05-01 **End date**: 2025-11-30 **Extension option:** Inert Test and Development has the option of 6 months extension. The extension shall be made in writing, on one or more occasions, last one month before the end of the contract. **Plats**: Karlstad or Stockholm.
