Job description:
**We are looking for 3 x Customer & Access managers for our customer in Odense.** **Conversion:** The Customer & Access Management team is responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to their digital platforms. This primarily includes: 1. Identity and Access Management (IAM): This involves managing user identity and access rights across digital platforms. It is crucial to ensure that only authorized users access content and services. 2. Subscription relationships and purchase flow management: The team handles everything related to subscription conditions and processes for purchases and payment. This includes the development and maintenance of landing pages, login processes, payment execution and MitTV2 platform. 3. User management pages: This includes the creation and maintenance of user profiles, handling user rights and general user management. 4. Internal customer management application: The team also works to develop and maintain applications used internally to manage customer information and support processes. In addition, the Customer & Access Management team is involved in major projects that have a crucial influence on their digital platforms: * Development of user profiles: This project aims to improve and expand user profiles to offer a more tailored user experience. * Consent Management (Company management): The Team works to update the consent management to meet TCF 2.2 standards, which is essential to protect the privacy and compliance of the users. * Maintain and operation of own applications: Team provides continuous maintenance and operation of existing applications to ensure their stability and performance. * Quality assurance at major events: During important events like X Factor and country battles, the team conducts quality assurance to ensure a flawless user experience. * Integration with external solutions in the form of partnerships: There are work on integrating their digital platforms with external solutions to expand the functionality and improve user experience. * Transition to AWS platforms: An important task is to migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms to increase flexibility and scalability. * GDPR compliance (Data Protection Regulation): The Team works to ensure that all activities are in compliance with the GDPR rules for the protection of personal data. * Improving user experience and commercial interests: A continuous effort is to ensure that the purchase flow, including the login, checkout process, landing pages, is optimized to deliver the best user experience while maintaining the commercial interests. **Required competencies:** The following skills will be an advantage in connection with the execution of the work on the task: * AWS Certified Developer certification * AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification * Experience with the development of ad-hoc scripts in Python * Experience with Datadog or similar Saas solution, for collection and monitoring applications * Experience with one or more of the following java frameworks: Micronaut, Spring Boot * Experience with the development of React or next.js * Experience developing APIs with Oauth2 protection * Experience desgine and exhibit GraphQL APIs, as well as acquire those as a client. * Experience with A/B test at user level * Experience with software testing for example via Spock or Cypress * Experience with scalable systems * Experience with relevant business domains, such as access control, abbonements management. * Experience with the Interation of designs developed in Figma **Start date**: 01/01/2024 **Slut date:** 31/12/2025 **Addition:** Odense, 3 days on site 2 days remote.
