In the context of the combination of two fields and the migration of the information platform from Confluence Wiki to M365 SharePoint, there is a high need for the standardisation and structuring of the existing process documentation. There are currently numerous individual and independent documents. The managers are strongly involved in the operational business and there is no time to document processes and agreements centrally. The aim is to revise, merge and standardise the documentation in the new SharePoint as well as to create training documents and role descriptions.

* * Tasks * *
1. Revision and merging of the documentation in the M365 SharePoint of the department
2. Creation and maintenance of process documentation (level 3 Basic and partial processes)
3. Documentation of detailed processes of the sections (e.g. QS processes, project planning, employee deployment planning, procurement planning, document collection, procurement processes, drawing standards, comment processing, change management, concept drawings)
4. Documentation and merging of cross-cutting design standards and KVP lists
5. Creation of standards (e.g. ZVZ, work packages for basic and detail, procurement templates, project plans, employee deployment planning)
6. Documentation of role descriptions (e.g. contract manager, section representative, senior engineer, team manager, project manager)
7. Creation of training documents on selected processes and standards
8. Recording and documentation of processes
9. Creation and revision of office documents, SharePoints pages and project planning with Excel (including automation) and PowerBI
10. Support for the structuring and centralisation of the information platform

1. Experience in the recording and documentation of processes
2. Safe handling of M365 SharePoint and Office applications
3. Knowledge of the creation and revision of project planning with Excel (including automation) and PowerBI
4. Very good communication
