Job description:
Lead Architect (User Devices) (m/f/d) Role: As the Lead Architect (User Devices) for Interaction, you will be responsible for user devices (not UI/UX) and will be an integral part of architecting the Interaction (User Devices) services along their lifecycle. You will ensure the architecture specified by you is fitting the product specification needs, can be engineered and delivered by the engineering teams and later successfully operated. Profile Requirements: - Architecting and designing end-user devices profiles and standards (e.g. desktop, laptops, mobile devices) incl. BYOD policies and PAW/rPAW for end-user devices access critical infrastructure for developers and operators. - Architecture Best-Practices and Technologies for End User Device Management (whole Hardware & Software lifecycle) - Endpoint Security & Protection - Critcal Infrastructure (KRITIS) - Virtual clients / end-user devices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Able to work with, and influence, highly technical engineering teams to shape and evolve products to meet customer needs - Experience with proper backlog management - Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, being comfortable in taking decisions informed by the viewpoints of many stakeholders. Must-have skills: - A minimum of 5 years experience in architecture and design - Comprehensive understanding and experience in end-user device management, especially for developers - Comprehensive experience in endpoint security & protection, especially for critical infrastructure (KRITIS) - At least 5 years experience with Technologies for End-User Device Management and Security - Proven ability to develop and communicate a clear architecture and design - Demonstrated experience in translating product specification into architecture and design and communicating that to engineering teams - Fluent English communication skills in speech and writing (minimum C1 level)
