Project description:
At our customer, KI technologies allow for more flexible and faster response to market changes and provide the basis for efficiency, innovation and sustainability. Through tailor-made solutions, we create real added value for our framework partners in the public administration.
Task area:
- Development of cloud architecture strategies (cloud, multi / hybrid cloud) taking into account existing IT systems, regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI IT basic protection, GDPR) and Securitybydesign principles (zero trust, IAM, encryption)
- Design, implementation and optimization of cloud architectures for RAG-based KI systems, including scalable vector databases, data infrastructure (data lakes, Warehouses) and performance
- and cost optimization
- Use of containers
- and orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift) and construction of infrastructure as code
- and automation solutions for efficient deployment of RAG workloads
- Cooperation with internal architecture
- and specialist teams as well as control of external service providers, including coordination on IT security, data protection and operating organisation
- development of data processing scripts (Python), high-quality documentation
- Permanent knowledge transfer for internal employees
MOST HAVE - Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a cloud architect with a focus on multi-cloud / hybrid environments for KI workloads in the last 5 years
- knowledge in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Kubernets, Terraform, Cloud Formation
- Experience with scalable storage solutions for RAG systems, in particular vector databases
- knowledge of the IT safety standards (BSI IT basic protection, ISO 27001) and data protection directive (GDPR)
- experience with CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure code and automation
- knowledge of network technologies, identity
- and access management (IAM) and zero-trust architectures
- experience with cloud strategies in the public sector or regulated sectors, in particular with sovereign cloud solutions, EU cloud
- Extensive capacity for technical advice and clear, targeted communication with stakeholders at all levels, including the management of external service providers
- Analysis of complex problems, development of solutions and introduction of current scientific knowledge and best practices
