For our customer we are looking for an Altova Integration Specialist for e-procurement automation (m / w / d) in remote and with the willingness to work on site.
The aim of the project is that the customer wants to have automated processing of electronic orders.

Tasks:
Migration and implementation of the Altova server infrastructure
1. Installation and configuration of FlowForce Server, MapForce Server and StyleVision Server
2. Migration of existing scripts in automated workflows to FlowForce Server
3. Setting up the server environment for reliable and scalable process automation
4. Integration of the Altova server products into the existing IT infrastructure
5. Testing and validation of migrated workflows and mapping
Development and optimization of data mapping
1. Creation and adaptation of mappings in Altova MapForce for different customer formats
2. Convert different XMLstandards to single ERP import structures
3. Development of transformation logic for heterogeneous data sources and formats
4. Optimising existing mapping with regard to performance and error treatment
5. Documentation of all mapping rules and transformation logic
Automation of order processing
1. Implementation of automated workflows for retrieving XMLfiles from FTP, file systems and e-mails
2. Configuration of the automatic conversion of XMLdata into ERP-compliant formats
3. Configuration of the PDF- generation from XML- data using StyleVision Server
4. Automation of the file file system for ERP import
5. Implementation of error treatment, logging and monitoring mechanisms
Quality assurance and process optimization
1. Complete tests to ensure data integrity and process stability
2. Identification and correction of error sources in existing scripts
3. Development of validation rules for incoming order data
4. Optimisation of workflows in terms of duration and resource consumption
5. Creation of monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms for process monitoring
Documentation and support
1. Creation of technical documentation for workflows, mapping and system architecture
2. Training of internal employees in the handling of the Altova tools
3. Creation of operating manuals and Troubleshooting guides
4. Support in connection with new customer formats and standards
5. Continuous maintenance and updating of system documentation
Skills:
Altova product knowledge
1. Based experience with Altova MapForce for data integration and ETL processes
2. Knowledge in Altova FlowForce Server for Workflow Automation
3. Experience with Altova StyleVision Server for PDF generation from XML
4. Understanding Altova LicenseServer and License Management
5. Ability to create complex mapping between different data formats
XML
- and data integration expertise
1. Knowledge in XML, XSD, XSLT and XPath
2. Experience with different E-procurement standards (e.g. EDI, cXML, OCI, BMEcat)
3. Understanding data integration patterns and ETL processes
4. Knowledge in JSON, CSV and other data formats
5. Ability to validate and transform complex data structures
System integration and automation
1. Experience with FTP / SFTP servers and file transfer protocols
2. Knowledge of e-mail integration and automated document retrieval
3. Understanding ERP systems and their import interfaces
4. Experience with script languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for process automation
5. Knowledge of workflow design and process orchestration
Technical problem-solving capacity
