For our customer we are looking for a full stack developer (w / m / d) for the further development of a backstage platform.

Tasks:
- Development of technical concepts for extensions and adjustments of the existing backstage platform:
- Design of scalable, performance and maintenance solutions in accordance with the IT, architecture
- and compliance standards of the customer
- Analysis and consideration of safety requirements, operating models and target architectures
- Deriving technical recommendations and decision-making bases for future platform extensions
- Comprehensive analysis of the backstage architecture:
- Evaluation of existing technologies, interfaces, plug-in structures and integration mechanisms
- Survey project

- Design, development, testing and documentation of customized backstage plugins (front end and back end):

- Implementation of adjustments and extensions of the backstage platform:
- Extension of the front end

- Ensure defined functional and non-functional requirements (performance, stability, safety, maintenance)
- Design and implementation of technical improvements based on project results and stakeholder needs
- Extension and configuration of the backstage backstage for additional services and integration:
- Connection of internal tools, APIs, CI / CD pipelines as well as identity and asset systems

Skills:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the design, adaptation, extension and maintenance of backstage or similar development portals (e.g. based on service catalogues, Developer Platforms or IDP solutions)
- proven experience in the development and adaptation of backstage plugins (front end
- and backend plugins)
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of backend services with NodeJS, ideally in the context of platform
- or integration solutions
- At least 4 years of experience in the development of frontal applications with React
- At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of CI / CDpipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps
- proven experience in the handling of dockers and Kubernets, especially in the operation and deployment of platform services
- experience with azure or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP), in particular the context of cloud-native applications and platform services
