90% Remote: Tester accessibility

Job description:

For a public-sector customer, we are currently looking for several testers (m / w / d) with a focus on accessibility.
IMPORTANT: For this position the readiness for a SÜ2 (sabotage protection) is necessary. In addition, all listed skills must be available.
Duration: 01.06.2026 to 31.07.2027 (follow-up is very likely)
Capacity: 80%
- 100% (1862 hours per position)
Location: 90% remote, 10% Nuremberg
Tasks.:
1. Design, specification, implementation and documentation of accessibility tests taking into account the accessibility information technology regulation (BITV 2.0) (without sign language and light language)
2. Create and perform automated test cases (Tricentis / Tosca)
3. Planning, building and maintenance of test data with focus on test automation for all HR modules used
4. Derivatives of the test cases from the testable requirements in the specialist fine-tuning concepts / solution proposals and initial test cases
5. Implementation of technical / methodological quality assurance of the test cases (four-eye principle)
6. Preparation of test sets according to name convention
7. Identification of required test data
8. Implementation of the test cases and documentation of the test results
9. Creation of defects and execution of retests
10. Performance of regression tests, acceptance
- and interface tests according to the release cycle
11. Test concepts such as Black Box, White Box, run cover tests
12. Use of the test tools (in particular solution manager, tricentis / Tosca) for testing functional and non-functional requirements
13. To coordinate the implementation of requirements, in particular with the agile product teams in the product range A2.
14. Implementation of QS measures for system stability
15. Testing of new / modified programs / reports, conducting regression tests, working with JIRA
16. Participation and participation of programme increment plans ("PIs") both in the pre-
