A system engineer is sought for the design, realization, operation and operation of the Kubernetes- based * * openDesk * * platform including. Subcomponents (including Univention / Nubus, Open-Xchange, OX Guard, Nextcloud) in a disconnected target environment. In the context of a field test / pilot, the enterprise risk capacity is demonstrated under load conditions; This is crucial for stable operation, reliable updates / rollouts as well as robust monitoring.

Tasks
1. Operation & maintenance of the Kubernet-based openDeskplatform including Operating Subport
2. Deplayment and update of the openDeskstacks in the Kubernet cluster (e.g. via helmet / GitLab CI), update images, rollouts / rollbacks
3. Monitoring of Pods, Ingress, Storage (PV / PVC), Certificates and Network Policies and Error Analysis / Disorder
4. Identity
- & access management with Univention / Nubus incl. User / group / roll lifecycle (IAM / Portal)
5. Maintenance of the connection of applications to central IAM including SSO (SAML / OIDC), roll mapping and commission
6. Operation of Open-Xchange (OX App Suite) and OX Guard including Administration of mail
- and groupware services
7. Care of OX Guard for e-mail encryption including Key / certificate management, policies, integration and handling of update / integration problems
8. Management of Nextcloud instances (storage backend, quotas, apps, updates) including Performance and availability
9. Support the integration between OX and Nextcloud (e.g. filepicker, attachments from e-mails in Nextcloud, save links) and error analysis in case of interface problems
10. Configuration and use of Prometheus (monitoring)
