Job description:
**To our customer We are looking for an agile development team with equivalent six full-time resources**
**The supplier shall offer a delivery team consisting of at least six and a maximum of eight consultants, totalling a maximum of 6 full-time, distributed on:**
Two senior system developers.
- A scrum master (may be the same as one of the senior system developers or requirements/test resource, but to be named)
- Requirements/test resource (may be the same as one of the system developers or scrum master, but to be named)
Three or four team members.
**Description:**
The customer wishes to strengthen their capacity for system development to create better conditions to enable a realization of the customer’s strategic roadmap and work towards reaching the customer’s vision.
The assignment consists of further development and development based on the customer’s needs. The assignment also includes management, life cycle management and further development of already established IT.

Competence level:**
Exceptional – Competence that fully meets the content of the assignment.
Very high – Competence that mostly meets the content of the assignment.
High – Competence that meets the content of the assignment in many parts.
Enough – Competence that basically meets the content of the assignment.
**Requirements:**
With competence we mean combined practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
The Supplier shall offer senior system developer No. 1, senior system developer No. 2, scrum master and requirements/test that, based on the content of the assignment, have at least the level of competence Enough.
**Meritation:**
The tendererer should offer senior system developer No. 1, senior system developer No. 2, scrum master as well as requirements/tests that have the competence level Exceptional, Very High or High.
** Ability**
The tendererer will offer senior system developer No. 1, senior system developer No. 2, scrum master as well as requirements/tests that have sufficient ability to collaborate, be responsive, work independently, be driving and communicate in Swedish to deliver the mission with satisfactory quality.
**Description of implementation**
The supplier shall provide a description of how you intend to carry out the assignment. The description should not be on more than 3 pages. The Supplier shall provide the name and mobile number to a contact person with the Supplier who is familiar with the model the tenderer intends to use for the assignment and, where appropriate, the Customer may interview.

**Meritlist**
The Supplier shall submit a resume list describing the supplier’s experience of assignments corresponding to what we ask for.

**Reference persons**
The supplier shall provide the reference person for:
Senior system developer No. 1.
Senior system developer No. 2.
Scrum Master.
Requirements/test.

scope:
The agreed initial scope is 10,200 hours per year. The scope corresponds to approximately six full-time resources. A full-time resource is estimated at 1,700 hours per year.
Senior system developer number 1
The entire consultant’s working hours are at least 80% of full-time.
Senior system developer number 2
The entire consultant’s working hours are at least 80% of full-time.
Scrum Master
- at least 50% of full-time, if combined with other roles in missions
Requirements/test – at least 50% of full-time, if combined with other roles in the assignment
Other team members
At least 50% of full-time per person.
Increase in scope:
The Customer has the right to increase the extent by agreement with the Supplier
20,400 hours during the contract period. The increase is as follows:
Year 1 – Up to 5,100 hours.
Year 2 – Up to 5,100 hours plus unused hours of the 5,100 from year 1.
Year 3 – Up to 5,100 hours plus unused hours of the 5,100 from year 2.
Year 4 – Up to 5,100 hours plus unused hours of the 5,100 from year 3.
Distance work:
The contracted location means that the Supplier delivers the assignment in place with the Customer when the Customer has requests for it and delivers the assignment remotely when the Customer has requests for it. The consultant must be located in Sweden. The supplier is expected to attend the customer’s office at least two (2) days per week. There may be higher requirements for the Supplier’s presence on the basis of the Customer’s needs. The customer’s assessment is that when the assignment permits, up to 60% of the assignment time may be possible to deliver remotely.
Opportunity for extension: The customer has the right to extend the assignment by at least three months to 31 May 2029. In case of shorter performance than three months and after the Customer is no longer entitled to extend the assignment, the Customer may make requests to extend the assignment as long as the contract is valid. Distance Delivery is the Customer’s choice and the Supplier has no right to demand or refuse delivery at a distance.
