Overall mission description
We are now looking for an Agile requirement specialist for the Swedish Agency for Growth with placement in Stockholm.
Active.se is the joint website of the authorities for those who will start and run companies in Sweden and has been in service since 2009. The development work is run as a collaboration between the Swedish Agency for Growth, the Swedish Companies and the Swedish Tax Agency. We are now looking for an agile requirement specialist who can strengthen the work to develop services at the company.se that simplifies for the companies in line with Sweden’s food strategy.
As an agile demand specialist in the Swedish Agency for Growth. Se-team is responsible for identifying, defining, documenting and clarifying the requirements of users, our internal and external systems, internal needs owners and other stakeholders in close cooperation with others in and outside the team.
The focus will be on documenting and describing existing functionality and developing requirements for new functions.
You develop functional requirements specifications, system requirements, BDD scenarios and user stories, translate requirements into technical specifications and contribute to the work on preliminary studies regarding new
and further development. You work closely with product owners, service owners and contractors, as well as in close dialogue with the remaining teams in the form of developers, UX, testers, architects, etc.

At least 4 years of experience in a corresponding role.
At least 4 years of experience in agile teams.
Experience with requirements management tools.
Good knowledge of requirements for proprietary applications.
Understanding and experience in test analysis.
Basic understanding of Java and JavaScript.
• Shoulder requirements
technical background, such as developers.
Certification in Requirement Engineering.
Be able to manage different environments, such as the test environment and the production environment.
Experience with Jira, Gitlab, etc.
Headless CMS for Drupal.
