🔹 For our client from the banking area, we are looking for a person for the position **Analytics / Data Scientist**🔹
** Workflows:** Work as part of an analytical CRM team in Łódź, hybrid form of work (two days a week in the office, three days without having to be in the office),
Main tasks:
* preparing analyses specifying the levels of sales of insurance products;
* preparation of recommendations specifying which groups of customers should receive individual product offers (insurance);
* creating visualization of reports and analyses using: o MS EXCEL, o MS PowerPoint, o MS PowerBI;
* working in a team that builds the concept of direct communication to the bank's client;
* working in a team responsible for releasing and implementing direct campaigns to the bank's client;
* cooperation with the team responsible for the development and sale of insurance products in the bank.
* DataScience team support in building predictive models and machine learning models to:
- increased sales of insurance products,
- reduction of the cost of selling/distributing insurance products,
- increasing the level of customer satisfaction with marketing communications directed to him;
The skills required are:
* Oh, my God * Very good knowledge **MSSQL, Oracle database, Hadoop environment, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.**
* Oh, my God * Good knowledge **Pythona**, especially analytical packages.
* Oh, my God * Very well developed analytical skills.
* Oh, my God * The ability to create engaging and understandable narratives (storytelling).
* Oh, my God * Knowledge of English at B2–C1 level.
