We are currently looking for an Analysis Engineer (Propulsion)/ Analyse Ingenieur (Antrieb) for an exciting project with one of our customers.

**Your tasks:**
* Dimensioning and voltage analysis of structures of the drive unit by manual calculations, numerical simulations (FEM) and optimization techniques
* Creation, management and validation of detailed FE models of complete drive structures and systems with responsibility for the entire workflow of numerical modeling, solution and post-processing
* Creation of clear and concise technical reports and documentation
* Review and control of internal and supplier analysis data
* Coordination of work with team leaders, technical suppliers and engineers from the fields of mechanical design, manufacturing and testing throughout the entire product development process to develop drive units and components with exceptional performance
* Sizing and stress analysis of propulsion unit structures by means of hand
numerical simulations (FEM) and optimization techniques calculations
* Create, manage and validate detailed FE models of complete propulsion structures
and systems, with responsibility for the full workflow of numerical modelling
and post-processing
* Creation of clear and concise technical reports and documentation
* Reviewing and checking of internal and supplier analysis data
* Work closely with your Team Lead, Engineering Suppliers and Engineers from
Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Testing throughout the entire product
development process to develop propulsion unit structures and attachments with
performance
**Requirements:**
Musthave:
* Final in air
- and space technology, mechanical engineering or a related field
* More than 8 years of experience in structural analysis, using aircraft primary structures and/or engines and pylone
* Advanced knowledge of stress analysis methods according to established standards for CFRP
- and metallic structures, in particular for complex assemblies
* Deep understanding of load scenarios and mechanical behavior of aircraft structures, in particular complex assemblies
* Extensive work experience with the commercial implicit FE code OptiStruct and corresponding
- and post-processing tools (HyperMesh and HyperView)
* Flowing English skills are required, fluent German knowledge or knowledge of another language would be advantageous
* Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
field
