Job description:
**Background**
_We are supporting a global organization within the financial services sector that is currently building up a new structure with international scope. To enable scalability and efficiency, a comprehensive understanding of the group’s organization, products, flows, processes, management systems, and regulations is required._
_To achieve this, the company is developing a Digital Twin of the organization – a digital system designed to “mirror” the actual structure and operations. The initial focus will be on describing operational business areas such as business models and products_.
**Assignment Tasks**
* Build one or several applications to support business needs.
* Establish a system that allows users to view, enter, edit, and manage approval flows for items.
* Design and implement databases with relationships, including integrations to other systems.
* Enable effective utilization of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI).
* Work according to internal best practices (likely AWS or Microsoft Power Platform).
* Manage coding and database development in alignment with the IT department’s preferred methodologies.
* Ensure data can be migrated and ingested easily into other systems.
* Learn and utilize the process modelling tool ARIS.
**Profile & Experience**
* Outgoing and proactive, with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Able to navigate large-scale organizations and deliver fast, incremental results that can be further developed.
* Broad experience across front end, back end, database, and data management (full-stack profile).
* Strong skills in UI and database management with relationships.
* Previous experience from large, international organizations is a strong advantage.
**Location**
Hybrid setup – typically 1–3 office days per week, with the possibility of up to 3–5 days onsite when required.
Office location: Södertälje/Stockholm
**Education**
Master of Science or equivalent professional experience.
**Language Requirements**
English: Mandatory, full professional proficiency.
Swedish: Meriting.
**Additional Merits**
Knowledge of financial services organizations and their operational structures.
