**The Role**
------------
We’re hiring an **Associate Product Manager** to work directly with our Technical Product Lead and drive day-to-day product execution. You’ll own QA, write clear specs, organize feedback, and keep features moving across engineering and customers. This role is built for someone who wants to grow into a full PM.
**What You’ll Do**
------------------
* Run QA for new features (flows, edge cases, reproducible steps)
* Write product specs, docs, and release notes
* Help scope tickets with engineering (acceptance criteria, edge cases)
* Communicate product updates to customers
* Triage bugs and organize feedback into actionable insights
* Maintain internal product knowledge

* Support the product lead across planning, execution, and releases
**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong communicator; clean writing, clear thinking
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable learning technical and industry concepts (APIs, EDI, warehouse flows)
* Hungry to grow into product management
* Thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments
**Bonus:** supply chain or 3PL experience, QA background, implementation experience, or exposure to EDI/APIs.
