We are looking for **Automation Tester in Warsaw or Wrocław (Hybrid)**

**General Description of Work Tasks:**
* Conduct automation testing for banking software projects.
* Implement and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Python – pytest/unittest).
* Analyze banking/financial requirements and design appropriate testing scenarios.
* Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure quality and reliability.
* Manage test documentation and reporting using JIRA.
* Work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket/Bamboo, Git) to support test automation processes.
* Collaborate on hybrid work model: 3 days onsite at office, 2 remote.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in a technical/STEM field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation OR at least 5 years in manual testing (with automation elements) in banking/finance.
* Commercial experience with Selenium.
* Proficiency in Python and modern test frameworks (pytest, unittest).
* Solid SQL skills and database understanding.
* Working knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket/Bamboo.
* Experience with version control systems (Git).
* ISTQB Foundation Level certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Familiarity with investment funds (FIO, IKE, IKZE) and test management tools (JIRA) is an advantage.
**Additional Information:**
* Initial contract**:** trial period (employment/external agreement/B2B). Long-term B2B contracts are not possible due to internal policy.
* Recruitment process: 1 interview (1.5 hours). Decision made immediately after.
