🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for **Automation Tester** 🔹
**✔️ Detailed description of work task to be carried out:**
* Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
* Develop, optimize and execute automated test suites for web (UI) and API applications.
* Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and DevOps engineers to integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins / Git / Bitbucket).
* Analyze test results and report defects using JIRA and manage test cases in qTest.
* Ensure alignment with QA standards and testing strategy across multiple environments (pre-prod, UAT, prod).
* Participate in code reviews, test strategy planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support manual testers by identifying high-value areas for automation and ensuring maintainability of test assets.
**✔️ Must-have knowledge and experience:**
* 3–6 years of experience in test automation ( UI and API focus ).
* Proven hands-on experience in Robot Framework and Python programming.
* Good understanding of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, keyword-driven approach).
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and test management systems (qTest, JIRA).
* Practical knowledge of REST API testing and tools (Postman, Swagger, REST libraries).
* Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile (Scrum / SAFe) processes.
* Solid communication skills and fluency in English (B2
- level or higher).
* Experience in the banking or financial services domain will be a strong advantage.
**✔️ Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:**
* Knowledge of Selenium Library integration within Robot Framework.
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
* Basic understanding of test automation metrics and reporting tools (Allure, Grafana, etc.).
* ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification.
