Job description:
Tasks: * Analysis of existing business processes, structures and interfaces. * Project-related translation of business requirements into technical specifications for the customer application. * Collection and evaluation of technical requirements as a basis for performance-related exchange with relevant stakeholders. * Creation of requirements, process - and solution specifications. * Perform a set-up and identify optimization potential. * Development of the definition of KPIs and success criteria. * Performance-related advice on the implementation of recommended measures (without operational responsibility). * Preparation and presentation of workshops, interviews and technical presentation of the completed service packages at the agreed transfer points. * Documentation of the results and development of decision-making templates for management. Qualification: * Process - & Requirements Analysis: A well-founded experience in the analysis, modelling and optimization of complex IT - and business processes * Business Analysis & Technical Concepts: Multi-annual experience in process recording, target analysis and production of technical and technical concepts - ideally in energy - or supply environment * Technical translation: ability to transfer technical requirements into precise technical specifications (e.g. for Microsoft Dynamics 365, OCR, Xpertdoc) * System integration: experience with cross-system interface analysis and integration (e.g. OCR, hotel, archive) - or backend systems) * Analysis & Reporting: Extensive analytical competence to identify optimization potential, definition of KPIs and creation of decision templates * Toolcompetence: Safe handling of modelling - and documentation tools such as BPMN, Visio, Confluence, Jira * Cooperation & Communication: Experienced interface competence in cooperation with IT architects, developers and departments * Documentation & Management Reporting: Routine in structured documentation, processing of information and presentation over management * Languages: Flying German - and very good knowledge of English
