For our client we are looking for a person for the position of 🔹**Business Analyst**🔹
Location: ** Warsaw (1 day from office a week)
**AI/Data Science Team:** approx. 10-12 Scientist Data, Product Owner and 2 IT Analysts
Requirements
- I'm sorry. Proficiency in work with user stories, large theme decompositions (Epics) and backlog management in Jira/Confluence.
- I'm sorry. Experience in cooperation with Product Owner in defining and monitoring product metrics and ensuring readability and up-to-date backlog in Jira,
- I'm sorry. The ability to work with business stakeholders, especially in a workshop formula, decomposition of business requirements and work with a multi-level backlog
- I'm sorry. Experience in taking care of common, equal understanding of business requirements throughout Scrum Team,
- I'm sorry. Coordination of the progress of work in the work prepared/projects,
- I'm sorry. Practical knowledge of the integration of systems and the ability to apply it in the process of creating an architectural concept of a solution,
- I'm sorry. The ability to conduct and document analyses at preliminary and detailed levels
- I'm sorry. A proactive approach to responsibilities and sharing knowledge with the team

- Basic knowledge of Python (ability to read code to understand logic).
- I'm sorry. Understanding the basic concepts of AI: what is LLM, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering or vector bases (you don't have to be able to program them, you have to understand how they work).
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP).

- I'm sorry. Performance of preliminary and detailed analyses, analysis of business needs and their decomposition
- I'm sorry. Working with business stakeholders on backlog, and shaping the technical website of IT solutions, responding to collected needs
- I'm sorry. Participation in the development of a technological concept of a solution
- Creating and updating analytical documentation
- I'm sorry. Development of test and software reception assumptions, support in tests, implementation and stabilisation
- I'm sorry. Preparation of work-intensive valuations of project work
- I'm sorry. Support for organisation and testing
- I'm sorry. Ensure that information between project participants is correctly processed
- I'm sorry. Troubleshooting – looking for the right solutions
- I'm sorry. Co-creation of recommendations for new functions and participation in creating a product roadmap
