Our client's tech stack is modern and free from legacy constraints, mainly based around: Node.js, Typescript, React.js, GraphQL, .NET Core, C#. Applications run in AWS on a serverless architecture using lambda functions and services such as DynamoDB.
The department is a key enabler of the entire business, leveraging best-ofbreed technology to create critical digital products across several domains. The Digital Aftermarket area provides digital solutions to support everything that happens after the
vehicle hand-over and the customer happily jumps into the car and drives away. Aftermarket covers a wide spectrum from the service workshop experience to new business development areas such as predictive maintenance based on AI and machine learning. Our client is now looking for an experienced and technical Business Analyst who can work in creating a premium car ownership journey.

**Assignment description and main responsibilities**
You will be Business Analyst for the Service Management team. Within the scope of the team are several digital products, one of them is Work Order Management (WOM), a system that orchestrate and automates work orders towards service partners. Other systems the team is responsible for are the front-end repair and maintenance system used by service partners and the system holding all business logic as well as PLM data to be manage spare part and service information. You will be mainly working with WOM which is developed in-house but you will have dependencies and activities connected to the other two systems.
The Business Analyst ensures that business and customer perspectives are addressed, eliciting information to enable delivery. This role works closely with the team to ensure alignment and cross functional collaboration. The Business Analyst works as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand their viewpoint, to ensure close alignment among stakeholders and the vision set by the
Digital Lead. In addition, this role provides context around market, competitive intelligence and customer needs and pain points, to help the team define the work at hand. As such, the BA plays an important role in ensuring the team is aligned, especially across competence areas.
**Main responsibilities**
* Supporting the team with executing on the Digital Team strategy, through providing fact-based analysis of the business/digital environment for the specific digital product/service/platform, by utilizing information gathered from a variety of resources and channels
* Driving an MVP mindset across the team, by helping the team defining minimum value and usertestable outputs
* Responsible for supporting the creation of business requirements and user stories, for example by helping the team clarify acceptance criteria
* Creating and maintaining BA artifacts, and ensures these are of high quality, so that they contribute to the overall quality of the digital product/service/platform
**Competence requirements**
* Deep technical and process-level knowledge of user needs and pain points, often through background as an expert, customer support, process or technical roles
* Comfortable with processes/ technology/IT to be able to understand and help problem solve with technical team(s), addressing their concerns
* Solid understanding of the MVP mindset, understanding value of short term planning
* Experience with writing User Stories, decomposing work to drive prioritization
* Excellent facilitation skills, able to lead team members through the right activities for expected outcomes
* Communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs while telling a compelling story
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence explaining complex process or technical details to diverse groups of people
**Other requirements**
* Challenges status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change
* Experience from the automotive domain is an advantage, experience from aftermarket is a plus
* Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
* Not afraid to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to get involved, seeking to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes the team to do the same
