Job description:

**To our customer, Swedish Radio, we are looking for a Cloud Native developer:**
Swedish Radio Play strives to modernise and diversify its technical infrastructure for sound coding processes. Specifically, this mission aims to adapt an existing one. Windows-based .exe software for use in a Linux environment within a Kubernetes architecture. The selected consultant will be assigned to:
Migrate and customize software: Transfer a proprietary Windows .exe software to a Linux-based environment, including all necessary adaptations for compatibility and performance.
*Develop NuGet packages: Pack the custom software as a generally useful NuGet package to facilitate future integrations and maintenance.
Microservice development: Design and implement the software as a scalable microservice, optimized for Cloud Native applications in a Kubernetes environment.
**Competency requirements**:
At least 15 years of experience in development with .NET and the Linux operating system.
* Extensive knowledge and at least 6 years of experience in working with Kubernetes.
*In-depth experience of .NET tools, including NuGet package development.
Previous experiences of migrating Windows applications to Linux
Strong interest and experience in working with digital audio, especially in coding and processing.
* Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
Floating in Swedish in both speech and writing for effective communication within the project.
**Meritation**:
The consultant has a strong drive to share his skills with others in the team.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices in Kubernetes.
Experience in working with digital audio coding and processing.
* Documented experience of delivering projects within the given timeframes and budget.
Ability to cooperate effectively with IT
The audio technology team at Swedish Radio.
Experience in delivering comprehensive documentation and support for software.

**Agreement terms:**
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. Example agreements are attached to the ad and we ask you to read this before submitting your application. Please note the terms of the Annex "Example agreement", see "Documents/Links".
