**Development of Inspiring Examples and Lessons**
The researcher will identify 2-5 examples in each area and analyze these to compile at least 10 common lessons.

**Training**
The areas to be covered include education, focusing on education in PDV, and safety and security systems. Additional areas may be added based on the researcher's proposals and a decision from the steering group.

**Competence:**
– Expertise in school safety, especially in education of personnel and Safety and Security Systems
– Ability to identify suitable examples
– Competence to describe examples in a concise and clear manner
– Competence to analyze and draw lessons from examples
– Competence to describe lessons in a simple and understandable way

**Requirements**
The consultant should have experience and expertise in the subject. The consultant should provide a detailed description of the subject areas, scope, and boundaries, as well as approach and working methods for performing the task and project deliverables.

**Desirable Requirements**
Understanding of the public perspective in relation to the subject.

**Other Requirements**
