- option on subsequent very well paid permanent job utilization: 3 days / week work place: Onsite in Munich / Aschheim On behalf of a leading company in the energy sector based in Munich, we are looking for an experienced Data Platform Solution Architect (gn) for a long-term project. The use starts first on a professional basis, with a clear perspective on a subsequent permanent position in an innovative and future-oriented environment. An expert is sought, who will design and develop a modern data platform and will be interested in taking on this strategic role in the long term. Your tasks:
- You build a central data platform from the ground up, robust, scalable and structured so that all fields such as operations, commercial or finance can access the required data in a targeted and easy way.
- You work closely with the departments, understand their requirements and develop concepts for access, dashboards and structures with real added value
- You develop a well-thought-out, performance data model that integrates the different data sources of the company and relies on data quality and reusability
- You think the topic is holistic, take care of backup strategies, restore, security and access protection and make sure that everything is reliable, secure and scalable.
- You control migrations from existing systems, bring together data sources and ensure a clean, efficient implementation with a view to future use
- You document your solutions, accompany training and help establish a data-driven culture in the company
- You combine the roles of Troubleshooter, Architect and Hands-on Engineer and appreciate this combination of design and implementation
- You work on your own, iterative and agile in the team, with a lot of design space and space for your own ideas your profile:
- Study of (economic) computer science or similar training
- At least three years of experience in building data structures and platforms, with measurable influence on business processes
- Very good knowledge in data modelling and in translating complex business logic into scalable data models
- experience with time series data, tabular data and other data sources
- Famous with agile working methods such as Scrum and pleasure in iterative work
- Ability to communicate complex content comprehensively, while keeping an eye on the needs of the specialist areas
- Service-oriented and solution-focused working, combined with pragmatism
- High quality awareness in documentation and the requirement to make platforms user-friendly and understandable
- Very good communicative skills in German and English and pleasure in moving things forward together in the team
