For our client** from the insurance industry**, we are looking for a specialist for the position **Data Scientist .**
** Location and working model:** Warsaw / hybrid (min. 1 day from office per week)
responsibilities
* Oh, my God * Development, implementation and maintenance of statistical models and machine learning supporting actuarial functions.
* Oh, my God * Analysis of large and complex data sets to obtain practical proposals to support decision-making.
* Oh, my God * Conduct an exploration data analysis and create features (feature engineering) to improve the quality of models and their interpretation.
* Oh, my God * Support the automation and optimization of actuarial processes using modern tools and frameworks data science.
* Oh, my God * Close cooperation with actuaries, underwriters and damage relief teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
* Oh, my God * Preparation of presentation of results and recommendations in a way understandable to technical customers.
* Oh, my God * Must have demands
* Oh, my God * Python proficiency in data analysis and modeling.
* Oh, my God * Good knowledge of machine learning methods, predictive analytics and statistical conclusions.
* Oh, my God * Experience in working with data processing tools (e.g. pandas, SQL) and data visualization (e.g. matplotlib, seaborn, ggplot2).
* Oh, my God * Workability using a code repository.
* Oh, my God * Analytical thinking: strong problem solving skills and passion to discover the conclusions of data.
* Communication: the ability to cooperate in interdisciplinary teams.
