Overall mission description
We are now looking for a team of 1-3 consultants in the development and operation of web platforms to the Swedish municipalities and regions – SKR.
The mission includes:
Team for the design and implementation of external website for the dissemination of solutions and good examples in municipalities and regions. The site will be implemented in the opensource platform Municipio and the mission includes design and customization of the platform to implement design and desired functionality based on an already developed requirement specification.
The supplier shall also have the capacity to operate and manage Municipio-based solutions.

The ambition is to develop a website that facilitates the sharing and scaling of solutions (analog and digital) between municipalities and regions. Information about proven and useful solutions is published on the platform according to the design concept, which allows other municipalities to introduce them. In this way, the platform contributes to increased cooperation between municipal and regional actors and system-level resources savings.
Specifically, the need for support in the following areas:
Design concept
Adaptation/implementation according to design and requirements specification
Frontend development (if necessary)
Backend development (if necessary)
Test

Operation of Platform
We assume that much of the desired requirements in design and functionality can be achieved through configuration and adaptation of Municipio, and that the need for a front end.
The backend development and production of new code is minimal.
Our assessment is that the work is carried out by a team of 1-3 consultants, with additional profiles.
• Scale requirements
At least 5 years of experience in development and adaptation in WordPress, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and the PHP framework Laravel.
At least 3 years of experience in design, adaptation and development on the Municipio web platform
It can show at least 2 customer cases where the site built on Municipio has been implemented, operated and managed within the last 5 years.
At least 5 years of experience with UX
and UI design for websites.
• Shoulder requirements
Experience in the design and development of websites for a Swedish municipality or region.
Experience in strategy and design of digital platforms for sharing.
