Job description:

You become a key person in our platform team responsible for our central development platform – a standardized CI/CD solution based on GitHub and Nexus Repository. Your task is to drive the development of a stable, scalable and modern platform that releases time for our developers to create customer value.
We work in a hybrid environment with Azure, on-prem and GCP, and in 2025 we have begun a modernization where we dismantle older solutions (including Jenkins) and establish GitHub/Nexus as future standards. Parts of the team are also responsible for Monitoring with Splunk and Grafana.
We believe in collaboration and knowledge sharing – together we create better solutions. We are responsible for ensuring that the platform is stable, accessible and meets the needs of the business, while coaching developers in how they best use our tools.
** Requirements**
Experience with GitHub (Enterprise platform and Copilot), Nexus Repository and Azure
Good knowledge of infrastructure and system management, especially RedHat Linux in the virtualized environment, as well as the habit of working in hybrid environments
Experience with AKS, Terraform, ArgoCD and Ansible, and automation with, for example, PowerShell, Bash or Python
Understanding CI/CD principles and DevOps methodology
Floating in Swedish and English
Competence on the operation of Grafana (InfluxDb and Telegraph)
