The Service Provider offers the following services:

* Expert support in agile processes (e.g. Plannings, Reviews, Dailies, Retros) for one implementation team for software solution creation based on architectural specifications
* Creation of Java code and automated development tests
* Creation of Docker containers or Lambda routines
* Creation, execution, and analysis of development-related load and capacity tests
* Deployment of running Docker containers or Lambda routines through CI/CD pipelines
* Creation of Kubernetes configurations or Helmcharts
* Analysis and resolution of security findings and errors
* Creation of E-2-E tests in the planned test tool chain
* Expert support for pilot projects within 2nd Level Support

Must-Have Requirements:

* AWS Cloud experience
* Software development experience in Java or Python
* Automatic code analysis experience
* CI/CD workflows with Gitlab-Runner experience
* DevOps-related customer support experience

Should-Have Requirements:

* Experience with monitoring and analysis frameworks
* Experience with automated build scripts for release management
* Experience with IP networks
* Knowledge in software architecture and automated tests
