Job description:
We're looking for a Senior Digital Analyst with CRO focus to lead in web and digital analytics across the Nordics, for a client in the energy sector.
This role combines web analytics and CRO responsibilities, split between hands-on analysis work and CRO upskilling in close collaboration with a CRO specialist.
As Senior Digital Analyst, you'll support sales, marketing, and CX teams in designing customer journeys, setting metrics, and driving a CRO strategy to maximize conversions. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring a business mindset, interpersonal skills, and the technical ability to turn data into insights.
Key Responsibilities:
\-Technical Data Implementation: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking tools, A/B testing platforms, and analytics tags for precise data capture.
\-Collaboration with Engineering: Work with engineering teams to ensure robust data protocols and optimized data structures for reporting, using tools like Power BI.
\-Customer Journey Optimization: Refine digital customer journeys with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights.
\-Dashboard and KPI Design: Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, providing clear, data-focused reports.
\-CRO and Test Execution: Lead and prioritize CRO initiatives, including A/B tests to improve experience and conversion rates.
\-Insight and Analysis Workflow: Develop workflows for insights gathering, test prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
\-Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to optimize digital touchpoints for conversions.
\-Data-Driven Advertising and CRO Solutions: Use insights to guide advertising strategies and technical improvements.
Key Deliverables:
\-CRO Strategy & Methodology: Define ways of working and create a CRO strategy.
\-Data-Driven Reporting: Ensure accurate tracking and data quality for actionable reporting.
\-Continuous Optimization Backlog: Maintain and prioritize a backlog of CRO improvements.
Regular Testing: Conduct A/B tests, heuristic analysis, and performance reviews.
Cross-Team Engagement: Participate in HEAT meetings and drive process improvements.
Skills:
Experience in web analytics with a CRO focus, especially within sales, marketing, and CX teams.
Skilled in Piwik PRO, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely), and reporting tools like Power BI.
Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, and tagging systems.
Strong skills in CRO methodologies, online behaviour, CX/UX, and digital acquisition (SEO, SEM).
Knowledge of behavioural science principles, agile methods, and user-centered testing.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Interest in energy markets and the electricity industry is a plus.
