For one of our customers, we are now looking for a Dynamics 365 CE developer.
**Overall Mission Description**
The mission involves working as an expert in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform with a focus on AI, Copilot and Agents. The focus will be on accelerating the company’s development in the field of AI support for employees. The role means that you are part of an agile team that works according to SAFe and contributes to priority development within the team. The assignment may also involve training other developers and teams within AI, Copilot and Agents.
**Should requirement:**
Documented experience of completed customer implementations of Copilot and AI-powered assistants in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales. Including prompt design, configuration and customization, as well as insertion into the production environment of the customer.
Integration of Copilot with external systems/data sources
Development and configuration in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Configuration of chatbots and agents via Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
