Job Description:
Develop a solution for case management in Dynamics 365 CRM, working with an existing team to set up a solution for creating and managing cases in stores. The solution consists of a Power Pages portal used in stores and Dynamics 365 CRM, where a support department handles cases.

The sought-after application developer should be able to create customizations in Dynamics CRM, develop our store portal built in Power Pages, develop web resources, JavaScript, HTML code, and build cloud flows. Experience working in Visual Studio is meritorious.

The role requires a person who can work broadly to build and make customizations in Dynamics CRM, work with requirements, perform testing, collaborate with the rest of the team, and communicate with other departments.
