Here is the updated text: Founding UI/UX Designer As the first design hire at Hadrius, you will own the UI/UX protecting our financial markets and work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of the financial system from the ground floor of a hyper growth startup. Responsibilities: First week: * Revamp user navigation * Understand core problems Hadrius solves, ICP, value proposition, platform, pricing structure, and roadmap * Learn the Hadrius way: how we work and build for hyper growth * Contribute to product discussions in weekly all hands * Propose a first draft for revamping the product UI/UX First month: * Design and revamp Hadrius CUJs * Give engineers a backlog of designs to implement * Run user studies with current customers to understand their deeper pain points and fix them First 3 months & beyond: * Develop skillset, paying attention to engineers' output and holding them accountable * Work closely with a newly hired product manager to up-skill * Play a major role in influencing the roadmap for our engineering team About You: * Exceptionally skilled: highly competent as a designer, with 1,000s of hours of practice * Coachable: open to learning the Hadrius way * Grit: consistently the hardest working person on your team * All-in: willing to work long hours to multiply engineering speed * Passion for our mission: genuinely excited about our tech and mission * Team-first mentality: committed to mentoring others and being mentored * Autonomy: exercise high-degree of autonomy and design authority Qualifications: * 1 year of professional experience as a UI/UX designer * Clear communicator with a penchant for solving problems * Fluent in Figma and other design tools * Experience at a tech company known for design Nice to haves: * Experience designing marketing sites and/or landing pages * Experience working in compliance or finance * Familiar with tailwind, React, component libraries, etc. Benefits: * 401k (100% match up to 6%) * Destination Airbnb company work retreats 3-5 times a year * Healthcare, dental, vision, etc.
