We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. **For our Client we are looking for Front Arena Expert - at least 3 days at Gdansk office** **✔️Key Responsibilities:** * Be first point of contact for our trading desks, to quickly resolve trading and data issues * Taking care of more complicated issues, requiring involving several teams * Working with Incident, Change and Problem Management * Constantly working on simplifying and modernizing the trading applications * Managing automation projects for supported applications and working environment * Maintaining and expanding our business flow monitoring * Creating and updating knowledge base * Maintaining relations with stakeholders (Traders) * Translating business requirements into IT language and ensuring timely delivery * Taking part in multiple projects for the area * Communicating with vendor support team **✔️Qualifications and Experience:** * Business understanding of Order Management Systems (Electronic Trading) in Capital Markets domain * Hands on experience in Python programming language * You are a critical thinker with analytical approach towards solving problems, as well as you are a good communicator and team player * You are flexible in terms of task stack (operations / development / analysis) * You have experience supporting business critical application in high pace environment * You understand on basic level lifecycle of application/development * You are interested in, how backend of trading works * You are good at shifting priorities and self-managing your workload **Technical Stack:** * Front Arena – or a deep knowledge about the equity trading domain – (Good to Have) * Knowledge of fix protocol - INTERMEDIATE * SQL - Hands On Experience) * Python (Hands On Experience) * Electronic Trading (Good to have or have interest in filed) **✔️ We offer:** * B2B agreement * Transparent working conditions with both Ework and the client * Current support during our cooperation * Possibility to work in an international environment * Collaborative environment in Swedish organizational culture * Private medical care * Life insurance * Multisport * Teambuilding events Contact person: nicola.urbanska@eworkgroup.com
