Job description:
**To our customer We are looking for a system developer with a focus on frontend, Competence Level 3:**
We in the Border Monitoring Group have overall responsibility for products used by the border operations for monitoring Sweden’s borders. Our group consists of system developers, demand analysts, mission leaders, testers, solution architect, BI developers and technical product specialist. The group needs to be reinforced with a dedicated frontend developer.
As a front-end developer with us, you are part of our glorious, self-organizing agile development team that has overall responsibility for both the development and maintenance of our products. In the day-to-day work, together with the team, you will be involved in developing user-friendly solutions aimed at different user groups within the border police operations. Our office is located in modern premises in central Stockholm. We have the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week.
** Qualifying requirements (Scale requirements): **
The consultant must have a good ability to express himself in speech and writing in Swedish.
The consultant must have at least four (4) years of documented experience of work as a front-end developer. Experience has been acquired over the last five (5) years.
The consultant must have at least one (1) year of practical experience with CI/CD.
The consultant must have at least four (4) years of practical experience of designing and writing tests for front end code.
The consultant must have at least four (4) years of practical experience writing typescript.
The consultant must have at least four (4) years of practical experience in designing and using REST-API.
The consultant shall have at least four (4) years of practical development experience in accordance with agile working procedures.
The consultant must have at least one (1) year of practical experience developing performance-sensitive front end code.
**Meritational competence (Requirements): **
The consultant should have experience building, packing and deploying front end code.
The consultant should have experience working in classified activities.
**Start date**: As soon as possible security testing is approved and completed. Preliminary start date is set to 2026-05-18
** End date:** 207-27-12-17
**Scope*: 40h a week.
**Place:** Stockholm. The consultant is expected to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

**Information of security testing:**
Police authorities place high demands on consultant safety
and privacy awareness. Safety review with register control and subscription of security agreements under the Security Act (2018:585) may be conducted by consultant and consultant employers before The contract can be claimed. In some cases, Swedish citizenship is required.

**Interview:**
Consultant/ Supplier may, if necessary, be called an interview to determine qualification requirements.
