Overall mission description
We are now looking for a Frontend developer for accessibility measures in Sitevision Cloud to the Pensions Authority.
The mission includes:
Survivorsguiden.se is a collaboration website between Försäkringskassan, the Swedish Tax Agency and the Pensions Authority. The Pension Authority is the transitory authority and is responsible for the website’s editorial and technical management and further development.
It is a relatively small site with around 50 editorial pages and few features. By 2025, the website will be modernised, with a special focus on meeting current accessibility requirements (WCAG) and usability. Since the following guide has been around for about ten years, there is a clear need for technical and visual review to meet today’s user behaviour and regulations.
The assignment consists of, based on an already completed accessibility review on a selection of pages, rectifying identified deficiencies in the survivors guide.se such as semantics, color contrasts, navigation and screen reader support. It is about ensuring that the website complies with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA and the Web Accessibility Directive (EU Directive 2016/2102). In connection with this, modernisation needs to be carried out. This includes technical upgrade of the platform, improved editorial structure, further development of design components and some UX customization.
We are now looking for a consultant with documented experience in accessible web development to implement these actions.
Assigned by the Pensions Authority, distance work is permitted by 2 days per week.
• Scale requirements
Consultant should have multi-year knowledge in Java Script, HTML and SCSS.
The consultant will have at least 5 years of knowledge in Sitevision Development and Sitevision Web App development.
The consultant will have years of experience in Sitevision Cloud.
The consultant shall have good knowledge of WCAG 2.1 level AA and be able to interpret and translate requirements in concrete actions.
The contract from KeyMan must be signed directly with the company the consultant is employed in (no other permitted by PM)
• Shoulder requirements
The consultant should propose additional measures not identified in the report but which may further improve the user experience and availability.
The consultant should be able to identify editorial deficiencies (e.g. incorrect heading hierarchy, alternative texts, links) and provide support to editors to address them.
The consultant should have knowledge of search engine optimization

Victims of this mission must be submitted via KeySourcing Tool. Answers via email will receive limited feedback

The assignment requires the consultant to be a Swedish citizen
Register control level 2 (SUA) of the consultant will be conducted. See info in attached documents
Complies with the consulting company with all points in Chapter 13. LOU according to the excerpt from LOU 2016:1145?
Offered hourly rate shall include all costs, such as travel

Option for extension at the end of March 31, 2026.
The contract shall, without exception, and regardless of the structure of the company, be subscribed between KeyMan AB and the company where the consultant performing/offered/delivered to the assignment has his or her employment. This is a requirement from the Pensions Authority due to the register control (SUA).

In Annex I, ‘General Conditions Consulting Agreement KeyMan AB Rev. D, 2022-01-25’, the point ‘Customer Processing’ is deleted. This does not apply to this mission.
