The clients team is pioneering a hybrid solution that blends physical interactions, like life-sized carpet projections on the floor, with digital touchpoints, such as large touch screens, to offer an immersive and engaging shopping experience.
Their goal is to bridge the gap between physical products and digital interactions, empowering customers to make more informed choices and inspiring them with the possibilities their products bring into their lives.
We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to help build innovative, immersive products for the Range Exploration team. These products merge physical and digital experiences, enabling customers in the clients smaller store formats to explore the full range.
Your role will be critical in developing a comprehensive system that seamlessly integrates physical product projections and interactive digital interfaces, creating a cohesive exploration experience aligned with the clients values of simplicity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React.JS, JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJs for building scalable and maintainable frontend experiences.
Responsive Design:
Proven experience in creating responsive designs for optimal performance across devices.
Direct experience in UX design principles and user-centered experiences.
Experienced in building dynamic, real-time applications with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
Experience with micro-frontend architecture to support modular and scalable application development.
Thorough understanding of cloud computing and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure seamless integration of cloud-native technologies.
Most important: UX, React, TypeScript, GCP
Location: Onsite once a week in Malmö.
