Our client is seeking a product-oriented Fullstack Developer to join a pioneering team focused on AI-driven user experiences and personalized solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving domain, defining best practices in Large Language Model (LLM) evaluations You'll be part of a newly formed mission dedicated to empowering users with sustainable and personalized health insights. Specifically, you'll be building internal tooling to evaluate LLM-powered features. Working in this new domain presents significant opportunities for exploration, prototyping, and shaping the future of AI evaluation.You'll work closely with users of the tool to understand their needs and proactively propose and build innovative solutions. What You'll Do Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers, designers, and a product manager to create stellar product experiences around AI. Lead and contribute to the development of internal tooling for evaluating LLM-powered solutions. Engage directly with users of the tooling to understand their needs and develop elegant solutions. Stay current with advancements in LLM evaluation, experimenting with new approaches. Ensure high quality through code reviews, automatic testing, and adherence to engineering best practices. Requirements * Ability and experience to work in a new domain with high uncertainty * Strong ownership mindset: self-driven and capable of end-to-end delivery * Genuine care for the product from both engineering and end-user perspectives * Enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving LLM (Large Language Model) domain * Experience building products on top of LLMs, especially related to evaluation (evals) * Python * TypeScript * Vue, and/or React * Experience building systems on AWS and Kubernetes * Strong background in systems architecture and performance optimization * Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and design patterns Duration: ASAP – September 2025, possibly extended Location: Hybrid, office in Helsinki and Oulu Language: English, Finnish is a plus Interested?
