Fullstack Developer - Backend Focus - Java, React, AWS

Job description:

We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer with a backend emphasis, who thrives on improving developer experience and infrastructure.
**Start: preferably in 1 months time or as soon as possible**
**Duration: 31st of December 2025**
**Location: Hybrid setup from Stockholm**
**Please note we are only looking for consultants based in Stockholm**
**Tech Stack & Skills Needed:**
* Java, TypeScript, React (fullstack familiarity)
* Experience in DevEx (Developer Experience) is PLUS
* Passion for observability, availability, and testing best practices
* Strong experience building internal tools and developer utilities
**What you’ll do:**
* Boost backend quality, observability, and availability
* Standardize testing approaches
* Contribute to a more seamless integration across the frontend/backend spectrum
* Bring your DevEx expertise to elevate the team’s productivity and code quality
**Who you are**
* 5-10
- years as a fullstack developer (Java,
React/AWS) with backend FOCUS
* Experience from modern tech companies
* Driven, communicative and a true teamplayer
