Sweden Radio aims to modernize and increase accessibility significantly in our digital services – both apps and websites. Digital Extended Redundancy (DUR) is a strategic initiative for the entire organization with the aim of expanding the technical redundancy of our most important digital services, while modernizing. **Description:**
Sweden Radio is now looking for a full-stack developer as a lead developer to launch a new development team within a mission that aims to expand the redundancy of our digital public products. The consultant will initially be a one-man development team and take the technical responsibility and design, develop and coordinate the technical with other architects/developers/team. The goal is to build a team with UX and more developers.
Report to the Assignment Manager.
**Competency requirements**:
Senior developer with at least eight years of professional experience in system development
Full-stack developer with at least three years of experience in .NET
At least two years of experience in React/Typescript (approximately Next.js)
* Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (e.g. workflows in GitHub Actions)
* Good ability to communicate, in speech and writing in Swedish
Good ability to communicate pedagogically
**Meritation**:
The consultant has very good leadership skills, natural leaders who step forward and lead, coach and develop others (both within their team and within other parts of the organization).
* The consultant is a very good technical leader – able to coach and support other developers as well as take technical responsibility (including compliance) for architecture and the overall solution
* The consultant is involved in technological development and has good and updated knowledge in technology (programming languages, frameworks, tools) and modern software architecture (such as cloud native, APIs, data modelling)
The consultant is self-leading
- good ability to work efficiently, independently and is driven and engaged in its way
* The consultant has very good collaborative skills – can easily connect and collaborate widely across the organization – perceived as easy to deal with.
