**Description**
Main tasks
Build and maintain specialized AI agents for banking, pharmacy, retail
- and workplace domains
Design conversation flows and implement plug-in-based architectures with Semantic Kernel
Integrate with Azure OpenAI, external GPT services and vector search for RAG.
Implement session management against internal and external systems
Deploy containerized applications to Azure Container Apps with Terraform
Writing tests (device, integration)
- and E2E tests and maintain observability via Azure Application Insights
What you will work with**
Close dialogue with activities in demand collection
Multi-agent AI system with triager outing and specialized agents
- Real-time chat integration (Livechatt with customer support)
Prompt engineering, structured output and AI evaluation
Microservice architecture with independent domain APIs
Azure-native development with Key Vault, managed identities and private networks
**Profile and Meriter**
**Requirements**:
Swedish in speech and writing
Python
Azure Cloud (Container Apps, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Azure OpenAI)
- AI/ML (Semantic Kernel, Prompt Engineering, GPT models, RAG patterns)
Databases (NoSQL and Relationship Database)
**Meritation**:
Experience with conversational AI agents and multi-stage dialogues
Experience in using and administering APIs
Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
UV Package Administrator, Pytest for Testing
Experience in infrastructure and CI/CD (Terraform, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions)

- Consultative and secure in dialogue with activities related to the collection and understanding of operations.
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience in cloud-native development (Azure)
Understanding LLMs, Prompt Design and AI Agent Patterns
Convenient with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps methods (basic level)
Problem solvers with focus on conversational user experience and system reliability
