**For our client we are looking for a Global Product Manager**

**Purpose of Position**
The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for defined products within the conventional wound care product category including minimally required product life cycle management and support to markets with product information. This will be ~40% of their assignment.
Secondly, the role of the Global Product Manager will be to support the Global Marketing Manager for VLU solution to update the VLU strategy and roadmap, including the internal communication tools and communication plan to drive adoption and change at different stakeholder levels in the organisation. This assignment will involve coordination, structuring of communication, and marketing inputs involving ~50% of the assignment time. It may also involve preparation of business gate decisions and setting the user need specifications for a new product introduction within the VLU plan.
Lastly, this role will coordinate the development of a combination-use evidence plan across all relevant chronic product categories, needed for the VLU solution, to enhance our claims and ability to promote solution selling. This will be a project coordination assignment at ~10%
**Key Accountabilities**
* Responsible for reporting and monitoring of relevant KPI’s for defined products with focus on Sales, GP, Pricing
* Own CMM file (Clinical and Marketing messages) for defined products and responsible for keeping it up to date
* Responsible for assortment analysis and management of the assortment
* Monitor relevant KPI’s for the brand & portfolio's commercial performance and drive appropriate actions
**Key Decisions**
Portfolio management including product release, discontinuation decisions, product labelling management, and product information updates
**Qualification and Experience:**
* A Bachelor degree in marketing, science, business, or a related field is typically the minimum requirement.
* Substantial (+5 years) experience in both marketing and/or sales within the medical device industry, life science or IVD.
* Experience from working in an international/global position
* Experience working in a local market preferable
* Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment
* Relevant working knowledge of product development, operational & regulatory processes as related to GPM role
* Fluent in English

**Other information**
Fixed term assignment 100% until end of December 2025. The role is based in Gothenburg with the possibility to perform part of the job remotely. Non-HQ based employees are expected to travel in to HQ on request for mandated office weeks and other joint F2F meetings.
