Head of Growth

Role & Responsibilities

As Clara’s Head of Growth, you’ll report directly to the CEO and help establish company direction at a critical early stage. As an early employee in a fast-growing org, you’ll have an outsized impact on the trajectory and direction of the company. We’re excited to see what you’ll bring to the team!
This role will require both high-level strategy setting and analysis, as well as ground-level execution in equal measure. In addition to setting growth objectives, budgets and allocation strategy in conjunction with company leadership, you’ll contribute to work streams including:
1. **Partnerships**
1. Establish and maintain referral relationships with post-acute facilities
2. Explore new channel partnerships with others in the long term care ecosystem and beyond
2. **Digital Marketing**
1. Iterate on search and social channel strategies
2. Content creation & SEO
3. Work with Design team to optimize landing pages and funnels
3. **Community Outreach**
1. Attend/organize events to establish Clara in the community
2. Represent Clara at conferences or other large-scale events
Target Candidate
----------------
* 4-8 years professional experience in startups or similar roles
* Comfortable working with ambiguity & minimal direction
* Outcome-oriented & biased towards action
* Likes to move quickly. Prefers the daily adventure of startup culture to the bureaucracy of big companies
**Nice to haves**
* Experience with SEM/SEO
* Technical skills a plus (comfortable writing python scripts, SQL queries, spreadsheet automation, etc.)
