The expert is responsible for the role of the system architect in designing the technical design of the system and
control of implementation.

- Design and description of the system
- Design and description of the solution
- Control of Backlog, use cases and tasks
maintenance
- Steering and support for teams' work
- Ensure that the package to be implemented responds to it
established architectural principles;
- Introduction of experts and journalists and
of a kind used for the technical assembly
- Participation in system failures and errors
finding and repairing
- Preventive system development
- Documentation of work
- Developer
- maintenance and completion of architecture instructions;
- Support for job estimates and reporting
- Supporting risk management
- Support for the design of increments and sprint
- Planning and support for exports to production
- Cooperation with ORK and stakeholders
- Physical involvement in incremental planning (2 days) 10 weeks
every two weeks.
The system architect participates in the transition according to the transition plan.
