Do you want to join? **Job description** As a Software Analysis Engineer, Volvo Cars can offer you to work in a small cross functional team, with high focus on quality and continuous improvements. Together with your colleagues you will enhance the functionality in the car to give the end-user a great experience. You will utilize your testing expertise by performing and analyzing tests, writing automated tests for regression but also guide your team on all of this. You will continuously verify and validate the product and analyze issues to identify the root cause. In-car testing will be a natural part of the job and you will be doing testing and trouble shooting in real vehicles which gives interesting real-life insight in the current and future products. **Requirement profile** Volvo Cars knows that you are a curious, problem-solving person with a true Team player mindset who works effectively together with others to achieve results. You are flexible and can handle multiple parallel tasks at the same time. You are driven, quality conscious and you are inspired by technical challenges. You have a M.Sc. or a B.Sc. within Electronics, Software Engineering or similar and you have experience in testing and quality assurance of complex systems. You have a good knowledge in scripting in e.g Python as well experience in Continuous Integration, and you are familiar with Agile methods. You are most likely also familiar in other programming languages like Java/Kotlin Since there will be testing in car, you have a valid driver’s license, B-level. You have good English skills, both written and spoken. **Meritorious** Apart from the above, it’s meritorious to have: * Knowledge in tools such as CANoe and CANalyze * Experience in automotive and infotainment systems such as navigation HMI, connectivity * Experience in development in Android automotive _We offer continuously.
