Job description:
To our customer DIGG, we are looking for an IT architect for authorization systems.
**Conditions and the nature of the mission:**
Digg needs to strengthen our development in customer connections and replacement solutions for external actors with a solution architect that can control and lead developers.
We are actively involved in developing solutions for the public sector, both by developing specifications and requirements but also developing our own services. For this task, the focus is on integrating with various administrative systems such as case management, finance systems and web forum learning, mixed with self-development for integrations and business logic. The administrative support systems referred to above include Atlassians Jira, iipax Case Management, Sitevision and an Economy System at the State Service Center. The proprietary business logic is realized in Java and Jira. Our technical target environment is a number of Red Hat Linux World Cups, Cubernetes clusters from Red Hat (Openshift) where we operate our own services, development environments and our CI/CD pipelines.
We develop microservices in Java, Quarkus and use Vue for front end development with typescript. We also have developments in Spring and Spring Boot.

Experience – worked 4-8 years in the current role, is the role model for other lower-level consultants.
Management – taking responsibility for the sub-area, can lead a smaller group
Independence – can work independently
**Requirements:**
The consultant shall comply with the following:
Have experience with solution architectures containing integrations between administrative support systems
have experience in developing solution architectures in a mixed environment (self-developed and integrations towards administrative systems)
Have experience working with system level requirements management
Have experience working with developers in the type of environment mentioned in the description of the assignment
Speak and write Swedish and English unhindered
The consultant shall provide at least one reference assignment – see Annex ‘Reference Mission’
**Meritation:**
The consultant should meet the following requirements:
Have experience working with solutions that include Quarkus
Have experience working with solutions that include Java
Have experience in solutions where iiPax Case Management is included
Have experience in solutions where Atlassian Jira is included
- have experience in solutions that integrate with Navet and the Swedish Companies Registration Agency for the collection of persons and business tasks
**The requirements must be clearly stated in CV and marked. In addition, the respective requirements shall be justified in free text with references to where the CV requirement is met. See the attachment "Experience Attachment"**
**Information of security review**:
This assignment requires level three security agreements (3), where the consultant’s safety class is two (2). Due to this, Digg has the following requirements for delivery:
“Security class 2 means that both the consultant and his partner are controlled by SÄPO.
- The delivery of consulting services shall take place within the borders of Sweden, unless otherwise agreed.
Equipment from Digg should be used, other equipment is not permitted unless otherwise agreed.
Consultant must be a Swedish citizen and tendererer is responsible for ensuring that a victimized consultant is able to carry out a safety review.
**Start date:** 2026-05-04. The assignment requires the consultant to undergo security classification before the assignment can/must start, which means that the date of the assignment start may be adjusted.
**End date**: 2027-04-30
**Plats**: The stationing place should be Sundsvall or Stockholm. The work can be done remotely but the consultant should work at Digg’s office at least one (1) day of the week or more when the business so requires. It may be more or less in different periods, depending on the task of the hand. The physical meetings take place either in Stockholm or in Sundsvall. Digg stands for travel
- and/or hotel costs if a physical meeting is to take place elsewhere than the location of the stationing. Digg does not replace travel
- or hotel costs to the location of the station. All trips ordered by Digg are booked by Digg according to our meeting.

Working time/Scope:** 40 h/v (100%)
** Ability to extend:** Possibility of two (2) extensions á six (6) months, however as long as 2028-04-30 Digg has the right to exercise an option to extend cancelled assignments up to 50% of the requested assignment, provided that the framework contract period is not exceeded by more than six months.

**Agreement terms:**
The terms of the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the customer. Please note the terms of the Annex "Example agreement", see "Documents/Links".
The offer must be valid for 60 days.
Last application date:**
