Job description:
Tasks: * Disciplinary and technical leadership of the organizational unit * Ensuring efficient and smooth IT operations in customer projects * Responsibility for customer infrastructure and development of new features based on existing and demand analyses * Coordination of operational teams and consultation and implementation of customer requirements * Budget and resource planning, as well as management of external service providers Skill Profile: * Several years of professional experience in the IT field and IT-based services * First leadership experience or training of apprentices/trainees * Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 or backend systems * Solution-oriented approach, result-oriented, and decision-making ability * Flexibility, mobility, readiness for deployment, and resilience * Very good German and good English skills
