emagine search for one of its large customers counts a Product manager HR & Sucess Factor & Talent acquisition.
Start: mid-December
Duration: 12 months.
Location : Argenteuil
Telework: 2 days a week
**Background:**
Program around the implementation of Phénom (HR tool for talent acquisition)
They are looking for a product leader dedicated to Talent Aquisition.
** Mission:**
* Provide enterprise capacity solutions
* Implementation of the Phénom system
* Recommendation for best solutions
* Management and budget compliance
* Estimation of work: must manage the resources it needs according to the budget.
* Stakeholder management
* Will defy the profession/various teams
* Management of a technical person
**Skills required:**
* Minimum 10 years of experience including HR
* Knowledge of the field of recruitment
* Master's degree in SuccessFactors
* Computer and technical training
* At ease with interfaces and technology
* English
* 3 days on site in Paris but can be reduced for the right profile
**Team:**
You will be part of a team of 4 people
1 of them is dedicated to Successfactors and publisher (full time)
